The unforgettable sandwich

This is a yakisoba-sando (Japanese noodles sandwich) which I had for lunch. I remember seeing it for the first time in Japan, thinking it was strange but it turned out to be so delicious! They also had bread rolls filled with spaghetti and korokke sandwiches (potato patties inside a bread roll). Hmmm... carbs + carbs have never tasted better!

Ecco un panino al yakisoba (noodles giapponesi) che ho mangiato a pranzo. La prima volta che l'ho visto in giappone, ho pensato fosse una cosa strana ma era delizioso! Mi ricordo che c'erano pure panini riempiti di spaghetti (!!) e panini pieni di crochette di patate. Mmmmm carboidrati a volontà!

For dessert, because one must Always have dessert: vanilla macaroons

 

 E per il dolce, perché un pasto non è mai completo senza un dolce: dei macaroons alla vaniglia

Lazy sunday

Hello cookies, how have you been? We enjoyed a bit of sunshine recently but looks like bad weather is back to torment us. Wind, bouts of rain, humidity. I hate when you can't figure out if it's hot or cold. Anyway, the sun's gotta come out sooner or later! I just feel like staying at home and watching movies all day long. Sundays are meant for lazing around, no?:)

Ciao biscottini, come state? Il sole si è fatto vedere per un po' ma oggi di un tratto si è messo a piovere. E' umido, c'è un vento...odio quando non si capisce se fa freddo o caldo. Comunque, il sole dovrà tornare a risplendere prima o poi! Intanto me ne sto a casuccia a guardarmi film su RaiMovie. Le domeniche sono fatte per rilassarsi e oziare, no?:)
