Grey and peplum

Hello dear followers,

Here are two outfits I wore the last few days: a fifties-style peplum jacket and a peplum dress, both grey. I really like anything peplum as it's very feminine.

Burgundy H&M dress with peter pan collar

Hi everyone!

Spring is almost here in Rome so I'm in a good mood! Better not talk too soon as I spot some ominous dark clouds in the sky lookin' out my window...how about where you are; has spring sprung yet?


Here I am wearing a bordeaux H&M dress which I bought several months ago on sale. Couldn't resist the peter pan collar ;) Notice how the dress is longer in the back...particular isn't it?

La primavera è quasi arrivata a Rome quindi sono di buon umore! Forse è meglio non parlare troppo presto visto che ci sono delle nuvole scure in vista ahi ahi...speriamo bene!


Eccomi con un vestito bordeaux di H&M che ho comprato in saldo mesi fa. Non potevo resistere al colletto 'peter pan' :) Avete notato come il vestito è piu' lungo dietro? Particolare vero?

Hello everyone! Hope you're enjoying your weekend. These days, the weather has been so gloomy and schizophrenic...where are you stable weather and precious sunshine?? Some people are never affected by the weather...I'm not one of them!

Nevertheless, I put on my blue, high waist pants this morning and had a quick stroll by a market. I absolutely adore high waist pants. Katharine Hepburn knew what it was all about ;)

Ciao a tutti! Spero che stiate trascorrendo un buon weekend. Che tempaccio questi giorni, non si capisce più niente e non se ne può piu!....dove siete finiti bei raggi di sole?? E' proprio vero che il tempo influenza lo stato psico-fisico delle persone.

Nonostante ciò, stamattina mi sono messa i miei pantaloni blu a vita e ho fatto una passeggiatina vicino al mercatino. Adoro, adoro i pantaloni a vita alta. Katharine Hepburn sì che se ne intendeva negli anni 30 e 40 ;)

Giusto un post per farvi vedere cosa mi sono messa all'ufficio oggi:

I noticed I have quite a few clothes that are either black or grey which some may consider boring, but I consider classy (and timeless) if you mix and match the two.

Mi sono resa conto di avere parecchi vestiti di color nero e grigio che alcuni considerano colori noiosi ma secondo me possono risultare in un look molto elegante e classico.

A trip to Japan (in Rome!) :)

Hello lovelies,

Being half Japanese, I cannot miss out on cherry blossoms flowering! In Tokyo, cherry blossoms are blossoming right now. I went somewhere a bit closer today -the EUR park in Rome- as there is a lovely area called 'Passeggiata del Giappone' ('Japanese Promenade') famous for these gorgeous sakura trees.

It's still too early in Rome but I did spot a few blossoms and am very excited to see them in full bloom next weekend so stay posted for more pics! ;)

Essendo metà giapponese, non posso mancare alla fioritura dei fiori di ciliegio! A Tokyo, i fiori stanno sbocciando adesso ma io sono andata in un posto un po' più vicino -al laghetto dell' EUR- ovviamente dove c'è la zona 'Passeggiata del Giappone' :)

E' ancora troppo presto, però ho visto i primi boccioli e non vedo l'ora di vedere questi sakura in tutto il loro splendore il prossimo fine settimana! Miraccomando, restate sintonizzati per altre foto! ;)

Keen on military green

Hello folks! How are you doin'? It's been a while; I had the flu, but here I am, back, tough as ever with my high waisted military green pants. Military green is currently my favorite color.

Salve a tutti! Come state? E' da un po' che non aggiorno il mio blog; ho avuto l'influenza-perfida quest'anno!- ma rieccomi, combattiva con i miei pantaloni verde militare a vita alta. Attualmente, è il mio color preferito.
