Back to black (and grey)

When the weather is gloomy, I feel gloomy and my clothes portray my somber mood. Anyway, thank goodness for turtlenecks. They protect the throat and make you look like a beatnick.

Apparently it's going to get colder and rainier starting from tomorrow. Ugh. Does anyone else get headaches/eye aches from the cold (wind)? I wouldn't mind being a bear, hibernating until it gets a little warmer.....

On a lighter note, I made a cake! I need to eat healthy and am so relieved that there are healthy recipes that actually taste good. This cake is made out of almond flour, eggs and honey:

Quando il tempo è deprimente, come molti mi sento giù e i miei vestiti riflettono il mio umore cupo. Comunque, meno male che ci sono i dolcevita. Proteggono la gola in perfetto stile beatnik.

A quanto pare da domani farà più freddo e arriverà un altra perturbazione. Mi sento già perturbata (ha)! Anche voi soffrite di mal di testa/mal di occhi dovuto al freddo (vento)? Quanto mi piacerebbe essere un orso ed andare in ibernazione..

Ieri ho preparato una torta (farina di mandorle, uova e miele) e sono molto contenta di come sia venuta fuori. Devo stare attenta a quello che mangio quindi è un sollievo sapere che esistono ricette sane e allo stesso tempo saporite.
