Double polka dot dress

Hello darlings,

This is my favorite dress; I've been wearing it very often to work and on weekends as it's so comfy. Check out the double polka dots...you know how I love polka dots, I'm a polkadoterian ;) My mother has the same one and we bought them at a market several years ago for a very cheap price. You don't have to spend a million dollars to look like a million dollars honey!

Questo è il mio  abito preferito; lo sto mettendo molto spesso sia al lavoro che nei weekend visto che è comodissimo. Vedete i pois doppi? Yipppeeee ancora meglio per una pois-o-mane come me! Mia madre ha uno identico e li abbiamo comprati al mercatino per 7 euro anni fa. Mica bisogna spendere una cifra per vestirsi bene!

So, what are your plans this weekend? Here it's too hot even to plan!  I just feel like sitting in my fridge. Anyway, my chi is nice and clean after a 'refreshing' bath:

Candy cane jacket

I made myself a small ice cream sandwich by spreading some ice cream between two chocolate chip cookies! Yummy and most importantly: easy ;)

Mi sono preparata un 'sandwich' al gelato visto che avevo del gelato nel freezer e un paio di biscotti di farro con le gocce di cioccolato. Buono e ideale per una pigrona come me!

I'm not good in the kitchen and though my mama is my Cake Queen, I can't even make scrambled eggs. HOWever, I have a new, very sweet hobby. I made these accessories using synthetic clay so now I can call myself a semi jewellery baker:

It's been a while. How is life treating you? It's finally hot here but boy is it humid (funny how we always find things to complain about!!)...anyway, these days I'm wearing tea dresses very often; retro, feminine and comfy.

E' da un bel po' che non aggiorno il blog. Come state? Finalmente il caldo è arrivato (eccome!) ma quest'umidità è insopportabile (haha c'è sempre qualcosa di cui lamentarsi!)...comunque, questi giorni mi metto spesso i miei 'tea dresses' (vestiti anni 40/50); sono retrò, femminili e comodi.
